Arya Cleaning didn’t exist before we started working together. No brand. No website. No customers. No staff. No CRM. No advertising accounts. No social media presence. Nothing. The founder had a vision for a premium residential cleaning service in Dallas but needed a partner to build every piece of the business’s marketing and operational infrastructure from scratch.

Launching a cleaning service in Dallas is especially competitive. Established companies with years of reviews, trained staff, and operational systems already serve the market. We built a professional website with clear service descriptions (basic clean, premium deep clean, move in/move out, post construction, custom clean, commercial), transparent pricing guidance, and a frictionless online booking system. The site features professional photography from a content shoot capturing the team, the equipment, and completed spaces. Every page has a clear path to “Book Now.”

Advertising that generated clients from day one.

We launched Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns simultaneously. Google captured high-intent searches: “house cleaning near me,” “maid service Dallas,” “deep cleaning service.” Meta Ads targeted Dallas homeowners in specific zip codes with before-and-after cleaning photos and intro offers. The campaigns started generating leads in the first week.

CRM and automation that converted leads into recurring clients.

Every inquiry enters the CRM with automated follow-up. After a first cleaning, an automated sequence converts one-time clients into recurring accounts: “Loved your first clean?
