The company had the operational capability to handle a full schedule. Trained crews, professional equipment, and the ability to serve both residential homeowners and commercial properties. What they lacked was a digital system to generate consistent leads. In the exterior cleaning industry, homeowners don’t flip through a phone book. We set up Google Local Services Ads with the Google Guaranteed badge. LSAs are the ideal channel for exterior cleaning services because homeowners need to trust the company they’re letting onto their property.
