Agreement
These terms cover your use of the BizVista website and the services we provide. By working with us, you agree to them. If something here conflicts with a signed agreement between us, the signed agreement wins.
What we do
BizVista provides marketing services, which may include paid advertising, website design, SEO, reputation management, email and text marketing, and CRM and automation. The exact services, scope, and price are agreed in writing before we start.
Payment
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, services are billed monthly in advance, and fees are due on the date stated in your agreement. Advertising spend and third-party costs are separate from our fees and are billed to you directly or reimbursed to us.
No guarantee of specific results
Marketing depends on many things outside our control, including your market, your offer, and how you handle the leads we send you. We use proven methods and we work hard, but we do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, lead volumes, sales, or revenue.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information and timely access to the accounts, tools, and assets we need to do the work. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content or claims you approve for use.
Intellectual property
Work we create specifically for you becomes yours once it has been paid for in full. The tools, templates, systems, and know-how we use to deliver that work remain ours. You keep ownership of your brand, your content, and your accounts.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the month before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.
Termination
Our services are month to month. Either party can cancel with the notice stated in your agreement. If you cancel, you pay for the work completed up to the cancellation date, and we'll hand over what you've paid for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Texas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the date it took effect.
